Facade Cladding & Structural Glazing in Bengaluru, Managed End to End
A facade is the most visible and least forgiving part of a commercial building. We scope it properly — panel, sub-frame, glass, sealant, access and fire rules — collect competing quotations from facade partners in our network, and coordinate the work to handover.
- Written scope & quotation before any commitment
- One accountable coordinator, start to finish
- Screened execution professionals
- Stage-by-stage payments, reviewed before the next stage
- We never sell your requirement to contractors
What we take on
- ACP (aluminium composite panel) cladding, including fire-retardant grades
- Structural glazing and semi-unitised glazing systems
- Glass curtain walls, spider / point-fixed glazing and glass canopies
- HPL and fibre-cement board cladding with ribbon windows
- Aluminium louvers, fins, pergolas and sun-shading
- Facade renovation of older commercial buildings: re-cladding and elevation upgrades
- Leak repairs: sealant replacement, gasket and joint rectification
- Facade cleaning and periodic maintenance coordination
How it runs
- 1Share elevations, photos or the building drawings, and the building height
- 2Site survey: existing structure, anchoring points, access and fire-NOC conditions
- 3Written scope — panel and glass specification, sub-frame, sealant, warranty
- 4Competing quotations from facade partners, compared like for like
- 5Shop drawings and a mock-up panel approved before fabrication
- 6Installation with safe access; joints and water-tightness checked stage by stage
- 7Handover with warranty documents and a maintenance schedule
Facade quotations look comparable and rarely are. One contractor prices a 4 mm panel on an aluminium sub-frame, another a 3 mm panel on mild steel; one includes double-glazed units, another assumes single glass; one has priced scaffolding, the other has not. Six months later the difference shows up as leaks, oil-canned panels or a fire officer who will not sign off. We write the specification first, so every partner prices the same facade.
What decides the price of a facade
- Panel or glass specification — thickness, core (standard or fire-retardant), coating (PVDF or polyester), single or double glazing
- The sub-frame: material, gauge and anchoring — often the largest hidden variable
- Height and access: scaffolding, cradles or boom lifts, and working on an occupied building
- Joint design and sealant system — neutral-cure structural silicone, backer rods, gaskets
- Geometry and wastage: curves, fins and returns cost more than flat runs
| Facade system | Indicative installed range |
|---|---|
| ACP cladding on aluminium sub-frame | ₹180 – ₹300 / sq ft |
| Aluminium structural glazing (stick system) | ₹225 – ₹450 / sq ft, glass specification extra |
| Semi-unitised glazing with double-glazed units | ₹550 – ₹1,000 / sq ft |
| HPL exterior cladding | ₹350 – ₹850 / sq ft |

Common questions
What does ACP cladding cost in Bengaluru?
Installed ACP cladding on an aluminium sub-frame typically runs ₹180–300 per sq ft in 2026; fire-retardant panels and PVDF finishes sit at the upper end and above. Height, access and the sub-frame specification move the number most. See our facade cost guide for the full breakdown.
Can you re-clad an older commercial building while it is occupied?
Yes. Work is sequenced floor by floor with protected entrances and safe access, and noisy or dusty work planned around the building’s operating hours.
Our glass facade leaks during the monsoon. Can that be fixed without replacing it?
Usually. Most facade leaks come from failed sealant joints, gaskets or drainage paths rather than the glass itself. A survey identifies the joints involved, and resealing with the right silicone system is far cheaper than re-glazing.
