Cost figures on this site are indicative

Every cost range published on this site — in guides, on service pages, in tables — is indicative, based on recent Bengaluru quotations at the stated date. They are provided to help you budget and they are not an offer. Actual costs depend on site condition, material grades, design decisions and current market rates, all of which move.

A binding price is the written quotation issued after a site assessment. Once issued, that quotation does not change for the validity period stated on it, except for scope changes you approve in writing.

How engagements are contracted

Each engagement states in writing who you are contracting with, what Sevantay Realty’s role is (coordination, supervision, or transaction assistance), which execution professionals are engaged, and who owns any warranty on the work. Nothing on this website creates an engagement by itself.

Portfolio attribution

Projects labelled “network portfolio” were completed independently by professionals now part of the Sevantay Realty execution network, before or outside a Sevantay Realty engagement, and are shown with permission as evidence of capability. They are not represented as projects managed by Sevantay Realty. Projects managed by Sevantay Realty are labelled as such.
