Your requirement becomes a written, anonymised brief — scope, quantities, specifications — so every contractor prices the same thing.

The brief goes to the partners in our network whose trades, area and project experience fit. Your name and number are not shared.

We check each quotation for missing scope and exclusions, then release them to your private page as Option A, B, C — side by side.

Pricing
₹500 per contractor quotation
You choose how many quotations to collect — most customers ask for three to five. Inclusive of GST, paid only after we confirm the scope, and refunded ₹500 at a time for any contractor who does not quote by the due date.
What the quotation fee covers
- A quotation from each vetted contractor you pay for, matched to your trades, area and project type
- A written, anonymised brief so every contractor prices the same scope
- Review of each quotation for missing scope, exclusions and GST before it is released to you
- Included: a side-by-side comparison of all quotations as Option A, B, C
- Included: one coordinated meeting with the contractor you choose, attended by Sevantay Realty
- A refund of ₹500 for every requested contractor who does not submit a quotation by the due date
What it does not cover
- Design, drawings, BOQ preparation or structural / engineering advice
- Measurement or survey of the site by Sevantay Realty — contractors may need their own visit
- A guarantee of any contractor’s price, workmanship or timeline — a quotation is not a contract for the work
- Legal or document verification of the property (that is Sevantay, sevantay.in)
- A refund once a contractor’s quotation has been delivered, whether or not you go ahead

Questions about comparing quotations
How many quotations will I get?
Usually two to four, depending on the trade and how specialised the work is. We would rather send you three complete quotations than eight vague ones.
How long does it take?
Most requests are briefed within a working day and quotations arrive in 3–7 working days. Large fit-outs that need a site visit and drawings take longer; the due date is agreed with you up front.
Do contractors get my phone number?
No. They see an anonymised brief with the general locality. Your details are shared only with the contractor you choose to meet, at that meeting.
Is this only for companies?
No — homeowners use it for renovations, interiors and construction too. Companies use it most for office fit-outs, facility work, facades and control rooms, where a comparative statement is expected before approval.
What does it cost?
₹500 per contractor quotation you ask for, inclusive of GST — the side-by-side comparison and the meeting are included — ₹1,500 for three, ₹2,500 for five. You pay through a secure Cashfree link only after we have confirmed the scope with you.
What if a contractor does not quote?
₹500 is refunded to your original payment method for every requested contractor who has not submitted a quotation by the due date. Refunds are issued after the due date and banks usually credit them in 5–7 working days.
Am I obliged to go ahead with a contractor?
No. The fee pays for the brief, the quotations and the comparison; choosing a contractor is entirely up to you.
