What we believe
Property work in Bengaluru does not lack skill — it lacks accountability. The city is full of excellent electricians, masons, carpenters and civil engineers. What fails is everything around them: verbal estimates, large advances, nobody owning the schedule, and a customer with no leverage after the first payment.
So we built the accountability layer and left the skill where it already lives. Our execution network is made of professionals whose completed work we have seen and verified. Our job is everything around them: written scope, staged payments, quality review at every stage, and a coordinator who answers your call.

Questions people actually ask us
Are you a contractor or a broker?
Neither. We are the coordination layer: your requirement is scoped in writing, executed by screened professionals from our network, and supervised by a Sevantay Realty coordinator who is accountable to you. The contract makes each party's role explicit.
Why don't you publish your partners' names?
To protect them and the model. Public partner directories get scraped and poached, and the platform degrades into a lead-selling site — the exact thing we refuse to be. You learn exactly who is executing your project once your engagement is qualified.
Is the portfolio really your work?
Every project is labelled. Network-portfolio projects were completed independently by professionals now in our execution network, shown with permission as evidence of capability. When a project was managed by Sevantay Realty, it says so — and we will not claim one before we have earned it.
What does Sevantay Realty charge?
A disclosed coordination fee that depends on the engagement — quoted in writing before you commit, never buried in the execution rate, and no undisclosed commissions from anyone.
How is this related to Sevantay?
Same parent (Techtrail Labs), split on purpose: Sevantay handles documentation and government paperwork — EC, khata, agreements, registration assistance — while Sevantay Realty handles physical execution and transactions. One requirement can flow through both, coordinated.
