Apartment Block — Exterior Painting at Scale
Building-scale exterior painting on a multi-storey residential block: surface preparation, base coats and a terracotta-and-grey finish scheme, executed with rope access and scaffolding.

Project gallery
Exterior painting at building scale is a logistics job as much as a painting job: access equipment, weather windows, and keeping residents' balconies usable while facades are coated. The aerial shots show the staging — work moves down the building face by face, with base coats visible next to finished sections.
For housing societies, this is the reference project type: the same network handles facade repair and waterproofing before the paint, which is what makes an exterior repaint last more than one monsoon.
